Boarding
We are the only facility in Austin where your dog gets to play all day in our indoor climate-controlled playrooms and our outdoor play yards with web-cam viewing.
Overnights require that your dog has been to a day of daycare with us prior to their overnight stay to help them adjust to the new environment and become familiar with us so that they will have a stress-free overnight. There is no charge for their evaluation day of daycare and evaluation days are available Monday through Friday.
All overnight accommodations are in our indoor climate controlled play rooms. Dogs have access to fresh water and comfy beds at all times. You are welcome to bring their own food for them to have for breakfast and dinner or we will be happy to feed them one of our house formulas made by Natura for an additional $2.00 per day.
Your dog can check in for boarding during any of our open hours.
Check-out times for overnight guests:
Monday through Friday, check-out time is 12 noon. If your dog stays past noon, you will be charged for a day of daycare.
On Saturday, check-out time is between 9 a.m. and 12 noon.
On Sundays you may pick up between 10 a.m. and 12 noon or be charged for a day of daycare should you pick your dog up on Sunday between 4 p.m. and 6 p.m.
Holiday Reservations:
Thanksgiving and Christmas require a non-refundable $100 deposit which will be applied to your dog’s stay.
There is a minimum charge for a 3 night stay over Thanksgiving and Christmas.
