Name Nina Age 1 Breed Lab Mix Hip Hounds client since June ‘10 Likes Nina came to Hip Hounds a shy dog and has become quite the social butterfly. Given the choice, she’ll always play with Bob ( a handsome Chow mix ) but she’s an equal-opportunity wrestler.

Name Foxy Age 5 Breed Collie Mix Hip Hounds client since January ‘10 Likes Foxy loves to play with the boy dogs! She also likes finding a cool spot to lay down and a good brushing.

Name Darby & Riley Age 9 & 2 Breed mixed Hip Hounds client since October ‘08 Likes These two love to play with other dogs but are, essentially, inseparable. They won’t even eat unless they’re together! They both love to play chase, wrestle  and run from room to room as FAST as possible!

Name Raina Age two Breed Rottweiler mix Hip Hounds client since April ‘10 Likes Raina loves “frogging out” on the floor, playing chase and following around the employees.

Name Bella Age two Breed Beagle Hip Hounds client since April ‘10 Likes Bella ( like most Beagles ) enjoys running in wide circles and playing with whoever will chase her. She loves almost every dog she meets and is always really happy to see her mom!

Name Dalton Age 7 months Breed Pug Hip Hounds client since February ‘10 Likes Dalton loves his brother Mr. Pugsley and has learned all his good doggy manners from him. He plays nice with everyone and especially loves bigger dogs.

Name Petey Age 4 Breed Terrier Mix Hip Hounds client since November ‘08 Likes Petey really liked Santa ( see above ). Petey always manages to find a friend at daycare. He usually chooses one smaller dog and sticks by their side the entire day. Although he can be an escape artist if he sets his mind to it, Petey is a complete gentleman and always a sweet boy.

Name Lucy Age 3 Breed Pug Hip Hounds client since March ‘08 Likes Lucy is LOVED by the staff at Hip Hounds. Lucy loves being a lap dog, especially when it involves her getting a massage! She also enjoys wearing ladybug costumes, traveling internationally (Viva Mexico!), and updating her Facebook page. We are very sad she’s having to move away for a while, but we wish Lucy and her parents the best and hope to see them again soon!

Name Magna Age 3 Breed Rottweiler Hip Hounds client since December ‘06 Likes Magna is a big, sweet girl who is a great ambassador for the Rottweiler world. She recently recovered from surgery and is super happy to be back with us for daycare. Her favorite things are chasing around her other friends at daycare and pretending she’s a lap dog.

Name Jake Age 2 Breed Great Dane Hip Hounds client since January ‘10 Likes Jake loves his sister Laika, who has been a client at Hip Hounds since 2009. Laika’s parents adopted Jake, nursed him back to health after a rear leg amputation and now he’s an active, happy dog who plays great with everyone at Hip Hounds.

Name Watson Age 3 in May Breed Basset Hound Hip Hounds client since April ‘08 Likes Watson is a textbook Basset. He loves to run and sniff and is always friendly with the other dogs. He has an innate “inner clock” built in and knows when it’s time to go home. He’s always sure to let us know when it’s “home time” by baying and pacing the fence.

Name Quinn Age 2 in May Breed Lab mix Hip Hounds client since October ‘08 Likes Quinn loves the ladies. More often than not, you’ll find him rolling around with one of his girlfriends. Quinn also loves taking the occasional roll in poop. You’d think the two would be mutually exclusive but we suspect that it may be Quinn’s “calling card”.

Name Abby & Max Age 12 & 4 Breed Abby is a Lab mix and Max is a lab Hip Hounds client since January ‘07 Likes Max is a big goof who will play with any and everyone. Abby has, in her old age, gained a little more stoicism. She’ll happily follow Max around but gracefully bows out when things get too rowdy.

Name Roscoe Age almost 4 Breed Jack Russel Terrier Mix Hip Hounds client since October ‘09 Likes Roscoe is a lap dog. Roscoe will be more than happy to show ANYONE that he’s a lap dog. If you don’t happen to want a Roscoe in your lap, we’d suggest not sitting down. We’re also pretty sure that he’s in love with Megan and we’re definitely sure that he loves his mom more than anyone else.

Name Charlie ( aka Mama Charlie ! ) Age 7 ( on February 13th ) Breed Labrador Retriever Hip Hounds client since October ‘06 Likes Mama Charlie is a favorite around Hip Hounds. She’s a super-sweet, incredibly easygoing girl who gets along with everyone. Charlie loves her tennis ball and her mom more than anything else!

Name Winston & Molly Age Winston is almost 3, Molly is 1 1/2 years Breed Boston Terrier & German Shepherd Hip Hounds client since March ‘08 Likes Molly especially likes playing with other German Shepherds & Winston will play with anyone that’s game. Winston can be a bit of an ankle-biter with the other dogs and always acts innocent when caught. Molly has been with Hip Hounds since she was just a tiny puppy ( we have pictures to prove it!) and loves all of the staff.

Name Sable, Sawyer & Peaches Age 9, 3, & 1 Breed Lab Mix, Heeler Mix & Heeler Mix Hip Hounds client since June ‘07 Likes They are quite the active trio. Sable ( aka “Stable Sable” ) is definitely the older, wiser and calmer of the three. Sawyer is the most excitable and the watchdog and Peachy loves to play with anyone that’s up for a game of chase.

Name Harley & Brutus Age Harley is 3, Brutus is not yet 1 Breed Bulldogs Hip Hounds client since June ‘07 Likes Brutus is Harley’s new little brother and Harley has been a great example. Both are super-sweet boys who adore each other and love to run and play at Hip Hounds. Harley especially loves balls and trying to steal leashes from the employees. Brutus especially loves Harley and following him wherever he goes.

Name Sarge Age 5 Breed Lab Mix Hip Hounds client since August ‘06 Likes Sarge loves coming to Hip Hounds! He is a fun loving guy who just enjoys playing fetch. He also enjoys hanging with the ladies at Hip Hounds and getting his back scratched. In his spare time, Sarge likes to eat pizza and watch poker games.

Name Chance Age 4 Breed your guess is as good as ours Hip Hounds client since November ‘07 Likes Chance is a sweet boy who especially loves the staff. He’s always happy to jump in an available lap or sit patiently between our legs. Chance is very selective about his canine friends at Hip Hounds but he’s especially playful with the friends he’s chosen.

Name Lucy and Regal Return to House on Haunted Hill movie full Age Lucy is almost 3, Regal is almost 2 Breed Beagles Hip Hounds client since June ‘08 Likes Above all else, these two are true to their breed. They’re a lively pair who love to chase, run and, yes, let loose with the patented “Beagle Bay”.

Dog of the Week for November 2nd, 2009:

Name Daphne Age 10 months Breed Pointer mix Hip Hounds client since June ‘09 Likes Daphne loves coming to Hip Hounds, especially when she can spend the day wrestling with her best friends Laika and Chili. Even though she can be a little clumsy, Daphne does not let that stop her…playing hard is too important! We love having Daphne come for daycare because she provides us with lots of entertainment!

Name Laika Age 10 months Breed Great Dane & ????? Hip Hounds client since August ‘09 Likes Laika LOVES coming to daycare to play with her friends Casey, Fox, Chili and her best friend Daphne! She also loves taking naps on the play equipment. Laika is so sweet, she tries to befriend all the dogs and people at Hip Hounds. Congrats Laika for making ‘Dog of the Week’!

Name Surly & Fisher Age 1 Year and 6 Months Breed Australian Shepherds Hip Hounds client since September ‘08 Likes Surly and Fisher have been coming to Hip Hounds ever since they were puppies. They basically grew up here. We all love Surly and Fish but not as much as they love each other! Surly and Fisher love coming to play especially when it is raining outside. They love to play chase in the rain! Congrats Surly and Fisher on being dogs of the week! We love you guys!

Name Casey Age 2 Breed Border Collie Mix Hip Hounds client since July ‘09 Likes Casey Loves his best friend Kuma but will play with other dogs if Kuma isn’t available. When Casey first came to Hip Hounds he was a little on the shy side but has grown into a friendly, sociable boy who also loves to follow around the staff here.

Name Abby Age 4 Breed Border Collie Mix Hip Hounds client since September ‘06 Likes Abby loves coming to Hip Hounds for daycare especially when the weather is bad. The other dogs and people here at Hip Hounds take her mind off the bad weather! Abby is a sweet girl and her favorite thing to do is cuddle with her favorite Hip Hounds people: Megan and Ellen. She also likes to play tag with other dogs, especially small dogs.

Name Otis & Jebus Age 2 and 4 Breed French Bulldogs Hip Hounds client since September ‘06 Likes They’re both referred to by their parent’s as “crackheads” ( affectionately, mind you. ) We think that Otis is the more rambunctious of the two but catching Jebus when it’s time to go home is a lot like the greased pig contests you see at the fair. They’re both super-sweet, fun boys!

Name Franklin Age Frankie is 6 Breed West Highland Terrier Hip Hounds client since August ‘07 Likes Frankie loves coming to stay with us! His favorite thing to do is to wrestle with the little dogs, girls especially! He would rather stay out and play all day long than take a nap in the afternoons. Franklin has been coming to Hip Hounds for quite some time now and we all love him!

Name Flynn & Riley Age Flynn is 5, Riley is 8 Breed Australian Shepherd and Lab Hip Hounds client since April ‘08 Likes Flynn and Riley love to have a good time! Their favorite thing to do is take off and run through all of the play yards and get other dogs to chase them! Flynn believes that he is a lap dog and will climb right into our laps and give kisses! Riley must have been a cat in a past life because he loves to rub himself on us like a cat! Their favorite sport to play is fetch but they really love to watch their mom play soccer!

Name Molly Age Two Breed Weimaraner Hip Hounds client since September ‘07 Likes Molly is such an athlete. She loves to run laps all over Hip Hounds. She likes it best when other dogs join in and chase her. Molly is a lover-girl who will sit pretty for some ear scratching. Some days she does so much running, she has to take naps on the play equipment. Molly is also a goofy girl with a sense of humor and makes us all laugh.

Name Pudge Age Pudge will be three in November. Breed Mixed breed Hip Hounds client since November ‘07 Likes Pudge is a favorite among the ladies here at Hip Hounds. He is quiet and mysterious which makes him irresistible! Pudge’s favorite activity is wrestling with puppies. When there is a new puppy at Hip Hounds, Pudge will befriend them and show them a good time!

Name Cali & Sam Age Cali is two , Sam is four Breed A little Catahoula with a smidge of cattle dog and maybe some lab in there somewhere. Hip Hounds client since November ‘06 Likes Cali likes to make sure that everyone is aware of her presence and Sam likes to remind Cali that dogs don’t always have to bark. While Sam would like to pretend she’s aloof, we often catch her playing with another dog and following around Cali, who’s happy to play with any and everyone.

Name Brutus Bowman Age just turned one on May the 7th! Breed English Bulldog Hip Hounds client since August ‘08 Likes “Brutey” ( as he’s affectionately known here ) really enjoys sitting in laps. Our laps. We’re pretty sure he’s not aware of his size. He’s a world-class wrestler and after a particularly tough match, enjoys laying in front of the fan and cooling off. Brutey has also been spotted sitting in chairs and seems to have a particular liking for German Shepherds.

Name Roscoe Pieratt Age just over one year old Breed Chow Hip Hounds client since May ‘08 Likes Roscoe thoroughly enjoys two thing: chasing other dogs and laying down. ( in that order ) He’s been at Hip Hounds since he was just a tiny puppy and we’ve had the pleasure of seeing him grow into a “big boy”. Roscoe also recently acquired a new ( human ) baby brother, Remy. Roscoe’s mom and dad have reported to us that he’s adjusting very well to all the changes.

Dogs of the Week for June 29th, 2009:

Name Roby & Guba Craft Age both are 4 years old Breed Vizslas Hip Hounds client since October ‘07 Likes After spending roughly 30 seconds with these two, one thing is clear. They can’t be separated. Brothers and litter-mates, Roby & Guba are a rowdy pair who seem to prefer their time spent with smaller and medium-sized dogs. They love to wrestle and play chase with each other and both detest nail trims and baths. ( because they have to be apart while being bathed and trimmed )

Dogs of the Week for June 22nd, 2009:

Name M&M and Nelly Age M&M is 7 and Nelly is 4 Breed Shih Tzus Hip Hounds client since May ‘07 Likes These two are BIG fans of mealtime. Most of their day is spent wrestling each other. Nelly loves to cuddle and M&M makes sure that all dogs coming through the gate meet his approval.

Name Lou Age Just turned 2 on March the 10th Breed Boston Terrier Hip Hounds client since February ‘08 Likes Lou Loves his best friend Mr. Pugsley the most ( our former dog of the week, incidentally ). Lou is a bundle of energy who keeps that non-stop terrier tradition alive and well. He’s happy to jump into any available lap and take a short rest before bounding off again after whatever imaginary things Boston Terriers constantly chase. As you can see, he’s also a very handsome, photogenic boy.

Name Mr. Pugsley Age almost 2 ( his birthday’s in July ) Breed Pug ( what else!?!) Hip Hounds client since January ‘08 Likes Mr. Pugsley has a HUGE personality and spends all day playing at Hip Hounds. He never slows down. He enjoys wrestling with his best friend Lou and jumping into any lap that’s available.

Name Luci Massingill Age 5 Breed Lab Hip Hounds client since November ‘06 Likes Itty Bitty Titty Committee move Luci’s favorite thing is sitting in a chair and watching over the other dogs. She likes to play referee and makes sure that everyone else stays in line. Luci loves getting baths and is super sweet to all the employees.

Name Loki, Drak & Nikkita Bobbitt Age 3 , 5 & 6 Breed Huskies! Hip Hounds client since June ‘07 Likes Strangely enough, Drak & Nikki LOVE to lay in our runs. Drak will be sure to tell us when it’s time to go lay down. Nikki loves Drak and stays close to him and Loki is the social butterfly who plays with everyone. ( he especially loves other big, male dogs & wrestling with Drak )

Name Jax Nikas Age 1 year old Breed German Shepherd Hip Hounds client since June ‘08 Likes Jax loves playing with all the big dogs and Molly ( another German Shepherd ) is his favorite. He really enjoys jumping in and out of the pools, the water hose and laying under our chairs when he’s tired.

Name Rusty Nornberg Age 2 years old Breed Weimaraner Mix Hip Hounds client since February ‘07 Likes Rusty is a “regular” here and especially likes hanging out with all his friends in the “big dog” group. He spends a lot of his time with his best friend, Drak ( a Siberian Husky ), following Megan around making sure all the new dogs feel welcome. Rusty is a super-sweet boy who is also exceptionally photogenic.

Quinn also loves taking the occasional roll in poop. You’d think the two would be mutually exclusive but we suspect that it may be Quinn’s “calling card”.

Dogs of the Week for February 8th, 2010:

Name Abby & Max Age 12 & 4 Breed Abby is a Lab mix and Max is a lab Hip Hounds client since January ‘07 Likes Max is a big goof who will play with any and everyone. Abby has, in her old age, gained a little more stoicism. She’ll happily follow Max around but gracefully bows out when things get too rowdy.

Dog of the Week for February 1st, 2010:

Name Roscoe Age almost 4 Breed Jack Russel Terrier Mix Hip Hounds client since October ‘09 Likes Roscoe is a lap dog. Roscoe will be more than happy to show ANYONE that he’s a lap dog. If you don’t happen to want a Roscoe in your lap, we’d suggest not sitting down. We’re also pretty sure that he’s in love with Megan and we’re definitely sure that he loves his mom more than anyone else.

Name Charlie ( aka Mama Charlie ! ) Age 7 ( on February 13th ) Breed Labrador Retriever Hip Hounds client since October ‘06 Likes Mama Charlie is a favorite around Hip Hounds. She’s a super-sweet, incredibly easygoing girl who gets along with everyone. Charlie loves her tennis ball and her mom more than anything else!

Dogs of the Week for January 18th, 2010:

Name Winston & Molly Age Winston is almost 3, Molly is 1 1/2 years Breed Boston Terrier & German Shepherd Hip Hounds client since March ‘08 Likes Molly especially likes playing with other German Shepherds & Winston will play with anyone that’s game. Winston can be a bit of an ankle-biter with the other dogs and always acts innocent when caught. Molly has been with Hip Hounds since she was just a tiny puppy ( we have pictures to prove it!) and loves all of the staff.

Dogs of the Week for January 11th, 2010:

Name Sable, Sawyer & Peaches Age 9, 3, & 1 Breed Lab Mix, Heeler Mix & Heeler Mix Hip Hounds client since June ‘07 Likes They are quite the active trio. Sable ( aka “Stable Sable” ) is definitely the older, wiser and calmer of the three. Sawyer is the most excitable and the watchdog and Peachy loves to play with anyone that’s up for a game of chase.

Name Harley & Brutus Age Harley is 3, Brutus is not yet 1 Breed Bulldogs Hip Hounds client since June ‘07 Likes Brutus is Harley’s new little brother and Harley has been a great example. Both are super-sweet boys who adore each other and love to run and play at Hip Hounds. Harley especially loves balls and trying to steal leashes from the employees. Brutus especially loves Harley and following him wherever he goes.

Name Sarge Age 5 Breed Lab Mix Hip Hounds client since August ‘06 Likes Sarge loves coming to Hip Hounds! He is a fun loving guy who just enjoys playing fetch. He also enjoys hanging with the ladies at Hip Hounds and getting his back scratched. In his spare time, Sarge likes to eat pizza and watch poker games. Dog of the Week for November 16th, 2009: Name Chance Age 4 Breed your guess is as good as ours Hip Hounds client since November ‘07 Likes Chance is a sweet boy who especially loves the staff. He’s always happy to jump in an available lap or sit patiently between our legs. Chance is very selective about his canine friends at Hip Hounds but he’s especially playful with the friends he’s chosen. Dogs of the Week for November 9th, 2009: Name Lucy and Regal Return to House on Haunted Hill movie full Age Lucy is almost 3, Regal is almost 2 Breed Beagles Hip Hounds client since June ‘08 Likes Above all else, these two are true to their breed. They’re a lively pair who love to chase, run and, yes, let loose with the patented “Beagle Bay”. Dog of the Week for November 2nd, 2009: Name Daphne Age 10 months Breed Pointer mix Hip Hounds client since June ‘09 Likes Daphne loves coming to Hip Hounds, especially when she can spend the day wrestling with her best friends Laika and Chili. Even though she can be a little clumsy, Daphne does not let that stop her…playing hard is too important! We love having Daphne come for daycare because she provides us with lots of entertainment! Dogs of the Week for October 26th, 2009: Name Anci & Bella Age both are 4 Breed Vizslas Hip Hounds client since October ‘06 Likes Anci & Bella are two sweet ladies who love it at Hip Hounds! They especially enjoy wrestling with each other and snuggling with the staff. Dog of the Week for October 19th, 2009: Name Laika Age 10 months Breed Great Dane & ????? Hip Hounds client since August ‘09 Likes Laika LOVES coming to daycare to play with her friends Casey, Fox, Chili and her best friend Daphne! She also loves taking naps on the play equipment. Laika is so sweet, she tries to befriend all the dogs and people at Hip Hounds. Congrats Laika for making ‘Dog of the Week’! Dogs of the Week for October 12th, 2009: Name Surly & Fisher Age 1 Year and 6 Months Breed Australian Shepherds Hip Hounds client since September ‘08 Likes Surly and Fisher have been coming to Hip Hounds ever since they were puppies. They basically grew up here. We all love Surly and Fish but not as much as they love each other! Surly and Fisher love coming to play especially when it is raining outside. They love to play chase in the rain! Congrats Surly and Fisher on being dogs of the week! We love you guys! Dog of the Week for October 5th, 2009: Name Casey Age 2 Breed Border Collie Mix Hip Hounds client since July ‘09 Likes Casey Loves his best friend Kuma but will play with other dogs if Kuma isn’t available. When Casey first came to Hip Hounds he was a little on the shy side but has grown into a friendly, sociable boy who also loves to follow around the staff here. Dog of the Week for September 28th, 2009: Name Abby Age 4 Breed Border Collie Mix Hip Hounds client since September ‘06 Likes Abby loves coming to Hip Hounds for daycare especially when the weather is bad. The other dogs and people here at Hip Hounds take her mind off the bad weather! Abby is a sweet girl and her favorite thing to do is cuddle with her favorite Hip Hounds people: Megan and Ellen. She also likes to play tag with other dogs, especially small dogs. Dogs of the Week for September 21st, 2009: Name Otis & Jebus Age 2 and 4 Breed French Bulldogs Hip Hounds client since September ‘06 Likes They’re both referred to by their parent’s as “crackheads” ( affectionately, mind you. ) We think that Otis is the more rambunctious of the two but catching Jebus when it’s time to go home is a lot like the greased pig contests you see at the fair. Dog of the Week for August 31st, 2009: Name Max Age Max is 3 Breed Boxer Hip Hounds client since November ‘06 Likes Chase, wrestling, being continually petted by the staff, drinking lots of water. Dog of the Week for August 24th, 2009: Name Franklin Age Frankie is 6 Breed West Highland Terrier Hip Hounds client since August ‘07 Likes Frankie loves coming to stay with us! His favorite thing to do is to wrestle with the little dogs, girls especially! He would rather stay out and play all day long than take a nap in the afternoons. Franklin has been coming to Hip Hounds for quite some time now and we all love him! Dogs of the Week for August 17th, 2009: Name Flynn & Riley Age Flynn is 5, Riley is 8 Breed Australian Shepherd and Lab Hip Hounds client since April ‘08 Likes Flynn and Riley love to have a good time! Their favorite thing to do is take off and run through all of the play yards and get other dogs to chase them! Flynn believes that he is a lap dog and will climb right into our laps and give kisses! Riley must have been a cat in a past life because he loves to rub himself on us like a cat! Their favorite sport to play is fetch but they really love to watch their mom play soccer! Dog of the Week for August 10th, 2009: Name Molly Age Two Breed Weimaraner Hip Hounds client since September ‘07 Likes Molly is such an athlete. She loves to run laps all over Hip Hounds. She likes it best when other dogs join in and chase her. Molly is a lover-girl who will sit pretty for some ear scratching. Some days she does so much running, she has to take naps on the play equipment. Molly is also a goofy girl with a sense of humor and makes us all laugh. Dog of the Week for August 3rd, 2009: Name Pudge Age Pudge will be three in November. Breed Mixed breed Hip Hounds client since November ‘07 Likes Pudge is a favorite among the ladies here at Hip Hounds. He is quiet and mysterious which makes him irresistible! Pudge’s favorite activity is wrestling with puppies. When there is a new puppy at Hip Hounds, Pudge will befriend them and show them a good time! Dogs of the Week for July 27th, 2009: Name Cali & Sam Age Cali is two , Sam is four Breed A little Catahoula with a smidge of cattle dog and maybe some lab in there somewhere. Hip Hounds client since November ‘06 Likes Cali likes to make sure that everyone is aware of her presence and Sam likes to remind Cali that dogs don’t always have to bark. While Sam would like to pretend she’s aloof, we often catch her playing with another dog and following around Cali, who’s happy to play with any and everyone. Dogs of the Week for July 20th, 2009: Name Troy & Rocket Age Troy is 3, Rocket is 2 Breed Weimaraners Hip Hounds client since April ‘07 Likes Waking up early for breakfast, coming to daycare, a good game of chase and staring contests. Dog of the Week for July 13th, 2009: Name Brutus Bowman Age just turned one on May the 7th! Breed English Bulldog Hip Hounds client since August ‘08 Likes “Brutey” ( as he’s affectionately known here ) really enjoys sitting in laps. Our laps. We’re pretty sure he’s not aware of his size. He’s a world-class wrestler and after a particularly tough match, enjoys laying in front of the fan and cooling off. Brutey has also been spotted sitting in chairs and seems to have a particular liking for German Shepherds. Dog of the Week for July 6th, 2009: Name Roscoe Pieratt Age just over one year old Breed Chow Hip Hounds client since May ‘08 Likes Roscoe thoroughly enjoys two thing: chasing other dogs and laying down. ( in that order ) He’s been at Hip Hounds since he was just a tiny puppy and we’ve had the pleasure of seeing him grow into a “big boy”. Roscoe also recently acquired a new ( human ) baby brother, Remy. Roscoe’s mom and dad have reported to us that he’s adjusting very well to all the changes. Dogs of the Week for June 29th, 2009: Name Roby & Guba Craft Age both are 4 years old Breed Vizslas Hip Hounds client since October ‘07 Likes After spending roughly 30 seconds with these two, one thing is clear. They can’t be separated. Brothers and litter-mates, Roby & Guba are a rowdy pair who seem to prefer their time spent with smaller and medium-sized dogs. They love to wrestle and play chase with each other and both detest nail trims and baths. ( because they have to be apart while being bathed and trimmed ) Dogs of the Week for June 22nd, 2009: Name M&M and Nelly Age M&M is 7 and Nelly is 4 Breed Shih Tzus Hip Hounds client since May ‘07 Likes These two are BIG fans of mealtime. Most of their day is spent wrestling each other. Nelly loves to cuddle and M&M makes sure that all dogs coming through the gate meet his approval. Dog of the Week for June 15th, 2009: Name Lou Age Just turned 2 on March the 10th Breed Boston Terrier Hip Hounds client since February ‘08 Likes Lou Loves his best friend Mr. Pugsley the most ( our former dog of the week, incidentally ). Lou is a bundle of energy who keeps that non-stop terrier tradition alive and well. He’s happy to jump into any available lap and take a short rest before bounding off again after whatever imaginary things Boston Terriers constantly chase. As you can see, he’s also a very handsome, photogenic boy. X2 dvdrip Dog of the Week for June 8th, 2009: Name Mr. Pugsley Age almost 2 ( his birthday’s in July ) Breed Pug ( what else!?!) Hip Hounds client since January ‘08 Likes Mr. Pugsley has a HUGE personality and spends all day playing at Hip Hounds. He never slows down. He enjoys wrestling with his best friend Lou and jumping into any lap that’s available. Dog of the Week for May 25th, 2009: Name Luci Massingill Age 5 Breed Lab Hip Hounds client since November ‘06 Likes Itty Bitty Titty Committee move Luci’s favorite thing is sitting in a chair and watching over the other dogs. She likes to play referee and makes sure that everyone else stays in line. Luci loves getting baths and is super sweet to all the employees. Dogs of the Week for May 18th, 2009: Name Loki, Drak & Nikkita Bobbitt Age 3 , 5 & 6 Breed Huskies! Hip Hounds client since June ‘07 Likes Strangely enough, Drak & Nikki LOVE to lay in our runs. Drak will be sure to tell us when it’s time to go lay down. Nikki loves Drak and stays close to him and Loki is the social butterfly who plays with everyone. ( he especially loves other big, male dogs & wrestling with Drak ) Dog of the Week for May 11th, 2009: Name Jax Nikas Age 1 year old Breed German Shepherd Hip Hounds client since June ‘08 Likes Jax loves playing with all the big dogs and Molly ( another German Shepherd ) is his favorite. He really enjoys jumping in and out of the pools, the water hose and laying under our chairs when he’s tired. Dog of the Week for May 4th, 2009: Name Rusty Nornberg Age 2 years old Breed Weimaraner Mix Hip Hounds client since February ‘07 Likes Rusty is a “regular” here and especially likes hanging out with all his friends in the “big dog” group. He spends a lot of his time with his best friend, Drak ( a Siberian Husky ), following Megan around making sure all the new dogs feel welcome. Rusty is a super-sweet boy who is also exceptionally photogenic. Dog of the Week for April 27th, 2009: Name Chester McDonald Age 3 years old Breed Norfolk Terrier Mix Hip Hounds client since July ‘08 Likes Guarding his “castle” of play equipment, playing referee for all the other dogs, making his inspection of the premises before he leaves each day and proudly wearing his A&M collar.
