Hello, new customer! 

Please take a moment to read the information below before proceeding. 

-All dogs must complete a complimentary evaluation day prior to boarding or daycare.

-Eval days are available Mon thru Thurs & take a full day (minimum of 10 AM to 4 PM ).

Drop off for evaluation days is available 7-10 AM and pick up is 4-7 PM.

You can schedule their evaluation day in the portal after your account is created.

All dogs must be spayed or neutered if over six months of age to attend daycare or to board at Hip Hounds.

Your dog(s) must be current on Rabies, Bordetella, Distemper and Parvo vaccinations.

You can upload those records through our online portal after your account is created, email them to info@hiphounds.com or text a picture of the records to 512-989-6767.
