- If you are a new client, you receive one free night of boarding or two free days of daycare for your dog’s stay.
- Our passes are refundable at any time for the days remaining on the pass & may be transferred to another owner or pet.

Understanding Our Boarding Rates:
Example #1: You drop Fido off at 7:00 AM on Monday and pick up before noon on Tuesday. That is a single night of boarding and would be $45.
Example #2: You drop Fido off at 7:00 AM on Monday and pick up at 6:30 PM on Tuesday. That is a single night of boarding + daycare fee. Your total would be $65 ( $45 for a night of boarding + $20 for the daycare fee ). The daycare fee applies only if you check out after noon on your dog’s day of departure.
